Patricia Elrod-Hill works with families to help them protect what is most important to them by counseling and guiding them to create estate plans and trusts designed for their very specific family needs.
In 2012, Patti earned her CELA, Certified Elder Law Attorney from the National Elder Law Foundation and is one of only eight attorneys in the Atlanta area to have earned this certification. Patti worked for 12 years as an Attorney for the Veterans Administration and has become a strong advocate for our veterans. Her firm works diligently to assist veterans and their surviving spouses in applying for and receiving benefits that they qualify for through the VA.
Also specializing in Special Needs Law and a member of NAELA, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, ElderCounsel and WealthCounsel, Patti helps those with Special Needs family members protect their public benefits that may be available to them, as well as create family trusts to care for family members who may need care in case of emergency.
Patti is a graduate of The School of Law at Washington University in St. Louis, where she was a member of the Law Review and President of the Women Law Students Association.
